2009 Dr Ioulia Timochkina

Ioulia is a graduate of the MPhil in Engineering for Sustainable Development (2003-4) and remained in the Centre where she is currently investigating ways in which regulation drives technical innovation in the water industry, with specific reference to the Water Framework Directive.
